A: Our support hours are 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. EDT Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. For the month of January, we extend our hours until 8 p.m. weekday evenings and add 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturdays.

Q: Do you provide help for installation and implementation beyond the manual?

A: The purchase comes with free membership in our Update and Support program for a year. We also have many options for additional training if the customer feels it necessary.

Q: How does your pricing structure work?

A: Customers can purchase Church Windows in separate modules, or as a complete package. Besides the unlimited version for larger churches, we also offer a “Small Church” version, limited to 100-member families, for a reduced price.
